About us

We make coding agents ship better code for less.

One platform for teams running coding agents. It maps your whole engineering stack, routes every task to the most efficient model, reviews every PR, and ties each agent session to what it shipped.

Dinner, and everybody left holding an Ellie
When a friend from middle school turns up to support your booth (ELC 2025)
The Bengaluru team, out of the office (company tees, borrowed park)
On the floor at AWS re:Invent
Working the booth, gelato cart running beside it (ELC Annual 2025)
Hackathon team, still standing at the end (Mistral AI SF)
Meeting the thesys team in person
Out at NVIDIA, working on inference (Santa Clara)

Vision

Software should get cheaper to write as your team gets better at writing it.

Right now it goes the other way: every agent starts from nothing, rediscovers the same constraints, and bills you for the rediscovery.

The loop we build curves down instead. Every review, every routed model, every fix that lands leaves something behind that the next one starts from. Costs fall because the work compounds, not because we shaved a margin.

That is the whole company.

  • Spend is an engineering problem

The bill is a readout of how the work went. Fix it upstream of the invoice.

  • Memory beats intelligence

A model that knows your last outage beats a smarter one that does not.

  • Argue, do not assert

If a number only works because you trust us, it is not ready to ship.

The desk

Everyone here ships.

There is no layer between the person who writes it and the person who answers for it. Every seat below is somebody you would talk to directly. Some of them are still empty.

Not you?Send someone better. We would rather owe you a favour

How it actually goes

The good part is the arguing.

We are small enough that a decision takes one conversation and a diff. Nobody is managing a roadmap they do not write code against. The tradeoff is real: it is loud, the standard is high, and you will be asked to defend the thing you built by the people who have to run it.

There is a seat with your name half printed on it.

Send the thing you built rather than the thing you wrote about yourself. We read those first, and the person who reads yours is the person you would be working next to.
