Automate this, under the answer#
Under the latest answer, Automate this opens an inline form. Ellie rewrites the question so it reads well on every run, and you pick a trigger (a schedule or a Slack message) and a destination: just you, chosen people, or a Slack channel.
Scheduled automations are for workspace owners, and Slack-triggered ones for admins, the same rules the rest of the workspace follows.
Suggested when you keep asking#
Ask the same question three or more times in seven days and a quiet "Suggested, asked N times" row appears in the sidebar. Dismiss it and it stays dismissed.
Every automation reads like a thread#
Open an automation and it reads like a conversation: its schedule and destination, the next run, a link back to the chat it came from, and the history of delivered reports. Retry a run, ask Ellie about one, or change the automation by chatting with it.
All of them in one place#
See all lists every automation in one table grouped by cadence, with a calendar view, filters, and run, pause and delete. Automations can run on weekdays only, and can deliver only when something changed since the last run.
