World Model

The World Model opens to every org

Every org can now open the World Model: one globe of the issues that keep recurring across your repos. Pick a pattern and it explains itself in a few bullets, such as how often it fires and what fixed it.

Three planes, one globe#

A plane toggle switches the globe between Recurring Issues, Coding Agent and Merged. Each plane seeds the globe with the nodes that matter for that question, and anything that does not fit lands in an overflow list you can open, so nothing is silently dropped.

A date filter scopes every plane to a window, and merged PRs now render on the globe next to the sessions that produced them.

Themes join patterns and sessions#

Theme is a third family on the globe, bridged to the agent sessions that worked on it. Follow a theme and you see which sessions touched it and which recurring issues sit beside it.

Every node explains itself#

Open any node in the inspector and an AI-generated summary sits at the top, written as bullets you can scan. It started on a few node types and now covers all of them.

Five hundred nodes, still readable#

Pattern and theme render caps went from 40 to 150, and the Merged plane now seeds up to 500 nodes instead of 40. A side legend, hover tooltips and a grouped isolate layout keep that many orbs readable, and you can drag an orb to pull overlapping clusters apart.

Improvements#

  • World ModelEvery node type has its own colour.
  • World ModelRelations note cards click through to the node they describe.
  • World ModelIsolate mode zooms to fill the frame and repositions the subtree as it expands.
  • World ModelThe globe opens at 150% zoom.
  • World ModelPRs and sessions can be filtered to on their own.
  • World ModelDirect links to the World Model work for every org.

Fixes#

  • World ModelThe Person detail panel and its neighbourhood respect the time window.
  • World ModelStale labels no longer float on the globe.
  • World ModelCounts, filters and evidence agree with each other.
  • World ModelExpanding a node keeps the facts from the current window.
  • World ModelChild nodes spread evenly around their parent.

The memory starts the day you connect a repo.

From that day on, every session, review and incident lands in the same index.
